1. The Law of Pure Potentiality

Before mediation, after each law below, read and say; I surrender to the womb of creation. If I don’t get what I ask for I will get something much greater (5 minutes in nature).
2. The Law of Giving
Silently Prayer, blessing or smile.
3. The Law of Karma or Cause and Effect;
Be mindful of your actions. Ask my heart to always do the right thing.
4. The Law of Least Effort;
Everything, every moment is supposed to happen just as it does.
5. The Law of Intention and Desire:
All I need to do is be grateful for where I am and just move forward moment by moment towards what you wanted.
6. The Law of Detachment;
Non judgment how can I serve
7. The Law of Dharma-Purpose in Life
Imagining; sitting on a tree stump. Feel the chakra at the base of your spine, sitting on the tree stump, see the tree stump roots go into the earth. Feel your Feet seemingly rooted to the earth.
Bring you awareness to your breath. Controlled breathing;
– Count 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 while breathing in.
– Count 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 exhaling.
Move out of the mind to the heart (think of something that makes you smile).
– Call on your guide (beautiful one of love and light) to come close to me.
– Set up a chair opposite of you for them to take a seat.
– Ask to be shown a sign when there near so you know when there with you.
Write down what you’re asking for… be very clear.
– Ask to see through the Vail
– Ask what is there name
– Ask to show a sign for yes and then a sign for no
Maintain this focus without thinking any other thoughts. It’s not hard to do it for a few seconds, but after that the mind tries to bring up images and thoughts. No matter what happens, you can’t engage those thoughts. If you find yourself doing that or involving yourself with the images in your mind you have to bring your mind back to focusing on your soul. If you don’t catch yourself drifting, then you will enter a dream state and from there most likely fall asleep.
Another very important thing is to focus, but do it in a relaxed state. You can’t strain otherwise you won’t be relaxed and you’ll end up with a headache. So you need to be relaxed mentally, physically, and emotionally, but focused at the same time.
Now as you are doing this exercise, you may come to a point where you begin to hear things, like words or music, or even just sounds. Also you may come to a point where pictures will form in your mind, but you don’t need to be concerned about this. The best thing to do is just let it happen without involving yourself. These things are just echoes in your mind. By the way, this is also a very good sign because you are very close to where you want to be.
The important part is to keep going, allowing yourself to drift even deeper, and just keep focusing on your soul, no matter what you see or hear.
”Here’s an exercise or an example for you to practice: Playing the lottery… seeing into the future. I’ve imagined myself on a morning walk or taking a train ride, (choose your own journey, whichever you choose will work). The point here is, it is very important to follow the same routine every time in meditation. It can’t be forced, just go with the flow of it. While on my walk, I would pass by the local newsstand and glance over at a newspaper. (keep in mind this is in the future, visualize the future date). On the train ride, I would get of at the 3rd stop (always the 3rd stop) and walk over to the train station newsstand. I imagine the numbers very lightly, so that it does not become my reality but just a form to measure time with. But when you look at the results, you need to visualize very clearly, but use your imagination as little as possible. You should not do it for too long a time period”. There are many times I don’t get the lottery numbers but I have gotten future headlines.
I have also had very good success by simply asking my soul to put the answers into my mind. All the pieces belong to a picture, but it’s a picture with no end and no beginning. Everything just keeps connecting, but there are certain rules like if there is one piece, then somewhere its opposite will also exist. It might be bigger or smaller, that we don’t know yet, but we know it’s there, somewhere.
