Understanding and Applying The Law of Vibration

I think a lot of people get confused thinking the Law of Attraction is an actual Universal Law, when in reality, it is only an aspect of a Universal Law and that Universal Law is the Law of Vibration. One of the barriers to learning is a misunderstood word. So, let is first define, Vibration in relation to this context.
